Multi-Channel Marketing Assessment Program
This assessment is a detailed audit of your organization's retail, digital and catalog (Omni-channel marketing) strategies, processes, practices, programs, and operations. It covers all aspects of your business from a retail, digital and catalog marketing perspective.
We use a variety of tools to conduct this assessment which helps you formalize your Omni-Channel marketing and operating practices and processes, so that you develop the best strategies and programs to achieve your overall goals for the business.
The complete program is normally a 20 to 30 day engagement depending on the size and complexity of your business, with an additional five to ten days of on-site review and analysis, during which we review merchandising, creative, circulation plans, call center practices, and fulfillment operations. We also provide recommendations for any problem areas that have been identified and discuss future growth plans. An additional five to ten days is required to prepare our formal report and written recommendations.
Once completed, we review the assessments and present you with a detailed analysis of the study and a formal report providing our observations and recommendations for improving your organizations Omni-Channel marketing practices and programs.
