Initial Consultation/Discovery & Strategic Plan Development
During this phase, we discuss your goals and objectives, as well as your wants and needs, for email marketing.
We perform an audit of current marketing materials as well as any past email marketing activity so that we understand what has been done, what has worked and what hasn’t lived up to expectations.
We work with you to determine your objectives, frequency of delivery and basic content topics.
And from all this, we create your master editorial calendar and production schedule with tasks, owners, and milestones so that you know when each email campaign is being sent and starting production.
Template Design & Layout
Using your graphic design standards, a customized template will be created that reflects your business. The template will utilize your logo, newsletter title (if appropriate), date/issue, contact information and links to both your website and social media pages.
Up to three (3) options for a newsletter will be presented and you will select one for use.
Utilizing your template, we will format any content/copy/text provided by the client as well as include original content created by our team. Content creation includes ideas, research, writing, graphics. Personalization (platform permitting) along with subject line and content testing for deliverability are included as well.
Copywriting, Proofreading, and Editing Services

Email Service Account Set-up
If your campaigns will be created and sent via email service platforms such as Constant Contact or MailChimp, we will assist you with uploading and segmenting your email the list, creation of segments, establish email display and signature configuration and social share bar configuration.
An automated welcome email series for new registrants may also be included.
Campaign Distribution, Tracking and Reporting
This includes scheduling and sending the email campaign at an agreed upon day and time, scheduling to post the campaign on your social media page (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram utilizing Hootsuite), and the accessing of real-time results tracking and reporting functions of the platform.
A/B Testing and Landing Page Design with lead capture form may also be included.
To include the review of strategy and goals; list cleansing (updates, bounces, unsubscribes); list building and enrichment (through segmentation and targeting) list management (based on specific data); and campaign analysis & reporting.
Landing Page Design
