Enter the actual amount spent on this trade show for last year and last year and the budget for each item that applies to your organization. 

Compare your average cost for each category against the average cost benchmarks provided by CEIR.  For this tool, we are using the 2012 benchmarks reports by CEIR.  These numbers may have changed some, but the purpose of the comparison is to give you an indication of how your are spending your marketing funds overall for the trade show / event. 

On the ROI Panel calculate the trade show ROI based on several different factors, includes actual and projected savings vs other means of generating field sales.
