Your Website Needs Help
Jun 05, 2016
Websites need help – they all do. And after hundreds of mystery shopper and competitive intelligence projects that have provided me with the distinct pleasure of spending lots of time on sites in search of information, here are a few things you should consider when designing or redesigning or tweaking your site.
Mobile first.
A 2014 study of 200 public and private schools in New Jersey and Pennsylvania found that more than 70 percent of those institutions did not have a mobile-friendly website.
Why does your site exist? it’s difficult for a site to serve multiple purposes effectively…it’s impossible for a site to serve multiple purposes effectively without a damn good plan. Think of it…your site is attempting to serve prospective students in high school, community college, and other institutions as well as those not in school but working full time…..
