If the answer is “no,” then don’t bother to read further. I’m clearly not going to convince you of otherwise, so don’t waste your time. A lot of lip service is paid to competitive intelligence (CI), but my experience is that when it comes right down to it, many organizations “talk the talk,” but don’t “walk the walk.”
