Competitive Continuum Charting Tool
Use this competitive continuum tool to give you a quick visual representation of where your business ranks verses your competition. Where is your business located on this continuum? How does your business rank in these areas? For each area, move the slider back and forth from weak to strong to set your relative position. The tool will give you an overall ranking based on the settings you choose. Quickly compare your business to your competitors' in 13 key areas: management, finance, pricing, advertising, direct marketing, sales promotion, publicity (public relations), selling, production, distribution, training, personnel, and brand image.
The sliders are incremented from minus 100 to plus 100, with zero as the default neutral value. If an area doesn't apply to your business, leave the slider setting in the middle. This tool can be used for both business to business (B2B) and business to consumer (B2C) organizations. Use the reset button to set all values back to zero.
