The catalog and Internet merchant business and financial analysis tool is a comprehensive study and review of your current and future catalog operation, business and financial plans, activities and results whether they be print, online, or both. We’ve developed this tool to standardize the practice of conducting this analysis and make sure that we are following the same best practices with each catalog marketing client that we work with. The tool has been developed over years of working with both print and online consumer and business to business catalog marketing clients. It helps us identify areas of strength and weaknesses and opportunities for improving marketing, merchandising and operations activities for catalog marketing clients.
The tool is very practical for helping your formalize your catalog / multi-channel marketing adn operating practices and processes, so that you develop the best strategies and programs to achieve your overall goals for the catalog business. It can be used as a template for conducting a self assessment.
